At Loredo's Tortilleria, every tortilla is handcrafted with care and every taco is made to order — never in bulk. Owner Manuel Loredo takes pride in welcoming each customer personally, creating a warm, family-style experience that keeps the community coming back.

We've collaborated with our good friends over at Chorizo de San Manuel to design the best Chorizo & Egg Taco, turning tacos into art.

The Hangover
Chorizo, egg, beans, cheese with two bacon strips. Created by the owner of a liquor store company. A daring yet delicious take on breakfast.
Bistec Ranchero Plate
Diced beef showered in our ranchero salsa, accompanied by tomato, onion & jalapeño. A traditional plate with a Loredo twist. Top selling lunch item.
Fajita Plate
Beef fajita seasoned and cooked to perfection with bell pepper and onion. Don't forget about mom's rice and beans. Made from scratch every time.
Sincronizada
A south Texas treasure. A giant 12-inch flour tortilla smothered in refried beans and mozzarella cheese with freshly cooked beef steak or fajita.
Bistec Panchos
Freshly made tortillas converted into crispy chips. Showered in refried beans, yellow cheese, jalapeños, tomato, onion & freshly made beef steak.
California Fries

Grandma Loredo's Menudo
A recipe from 1973. Grandma Loredo turned the menudo industry on its head, transcending her recipe into a true Loredo staple.
